The Bohemian Lawyers' Association supports our profession's commitment to continuous education by offering multiple free Illinois accredited MCLE courses to our members throughout the year. Some of our recent courses include:

• “Artificial Intelligence and the Law” by Clifford Scott Rudnick, a member of the Bohemian Lawyers’ Association, a frequent lecturer and an Ethics Professor at John Marshall Law School (1hr General Credit)

• “Update on Practicing Commercial Law in Cook County” by Judge Thomas More Donnelly, who has served as a Judge for nearly 25 years and has tried over 400 jury trials and over 1000 bench trials (0.5hr General Credit)

• "Reverse Mortgages: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly" by R. Dennis Smith, Project Manager, Fair Housing Legal Support Center & Clinic at The John Marshall Law School (1hr General Credit)

• "Immigration Overview, Primer for General Practice" by Michael F. Jordan, Chicago Solo Practitioner concentrating on Immigration, Real Estate and Family Law (1hr General Credit)

• "Restorative Justice" by Hon. Sheila Murphy, Retired Cook County Circuit Court Judge and Co-Director of the Restorative Justice Project at The John Marshall Law School (1hr Professional Responsibility Credit - Mental Health/Substance Abuse)
